Limited Services During Shelter-in-Place

Due to the extended duration of the COVID-19 shelter-in-place order, our physical clinic is now closed. Phone calls will not be answered live, but voice messages will be replied to within one business day. Please contact us via e-mail, text message, or phone if you need any of the following:

• A phone or web consultation with one of our doctors. This is only for medical eye care such as red eyes, infections, eye pain, eye injuries, and symptoms of retinal breaks such as flashes & floaters. Possible consultation fees will be discussed up front in a transparent manner.
• Contact lenses. We can still order contact lenses to be shipped to your home. If your contact lens prescription is expiring during this shelter-in-place order, extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
• Pick-up of a pending glasses or contact lens order that was placed before the shelter-in-place order. We will arrange a date and time for a pick-up with limited to no physical contact.

Please text us if you need a faster response time. E-mails will also be checked & replied to regularly. Voicemail replies may take a little longer.
